Christopher Titmuss, Britain’s senior mindfulness teacher, teaches mindfulness, insight meditation and wise action. A former Buddhist monk in Thailand and India, he is the author of more than 20 books including Mindfulness in Everyday Life, The Mindfulness Manual and Spiritual Roots of Mindfulness. Christopher is the founder of the Mindfulness Teacher Training Course (MTTC). Poet, social critic, and blogger, he has lived since 1982 in Totnes, Devon, England.

Nshorna Davis learned from her father about the importance of mindfulness from a young age. She started her career as a midwife in the late 90’s. Working for the NHS, major charities and social services, she has spent more than 20 years supporting vulnerable families in senior roles. A skilled practitioner, manager and director, she is the founder of three Mindfulness organisations and has dedicated her career to supporting the wellbeing of others.
